We’re so happy we are giving Judith and Juliana, her sweet 4-year old daughter, better sleep every night:) How did Judith find us? Well, like many of us, she was desperate for sleep. Luckily, she finally found us amongst the masses as she googled solutions to help her and her daughter sleep. Here’s a bit of Judith’s story below:)
Judith’s Story
“I started using tucked+covered’s sheets on Juliana’s bed at the end of May. I was literally losing my mind and sanity trying to find the perfect product to help Juliana stay tucked into her bed. It was a nightly struggle, and I was being called multiple times a night because of her sheets. I was walking around like a moody zombie for many days. This insane nighttime waking went on for months. Ask my husband, friends, and parents. One day I started searching after being completely desperate to find something that would help. I finally found Tucked+Covered on a random Google search. It has been the best money I’ve ever spent. I ordered another set after a week since it worked the first night. I completely stand behind this product & recommend this to parents who have issues with sheets or even want their kid’s beds to stay made up!”
The Way We Met
I love getting to know my customers. Funny enough, Judith reached out to me because there was a missing button on one of her sheet sets. I had never had this happen before, so I was upset my product was not perfect for her and Juliana. Every button counts in my book:) Without hesitation, I immediately wrote her and apologized for the flaw, quickly sending her a fresh sheet set in the mail. She was very forgiving, which was so lovely. I mean, I thought my product always had to be perfect. But it turns out as long as I remedy the issue, people are understanding. What a relief:) Now, we’re friends, and she has joined the Tucked+Covered team:):) I don’t know about you, but I love making lemonade out of lemons:)
Judith’s Signature Toddler Bed Adaptation
Being a start-up, we have a limited selection of sizes and prints. But that didn’t stop Judith, who has a toddler bed. She ordered the twin set and created a way for it to fit Juliana’s toddler bed. It works great! No doubt about it, moms can get super crafty when we are desperate for a sleep solution. I mean, that’s how Tucked+Covered was born; I was desperate for better sleep:) Here’s a photo in case you’re interested in giving her idea a try. Soon, we will add toddler sizes. But until then, Judith’s adaptation works excellent!
