High Quality Kids Bedding ~ Our Patented Pillowcase

High Quality Kids Bedding ~ Our patented Pillowcase Design
Tucked+Covered's high quality kids bedding pillowcase is one of a kind.

Did you know our high-quality kids’ bedding stops slippery pillows from sliding out of their cases?  Yep. We’re all about crafting bed linens to reliably keep your mattress, children, and pillows covered all night, every night. After all, isn’t that what bed linens are supposed to do?

During my design analysis of traditional bed linens, I quickly realized classical bed linen on the market didn’t do its job, including the pillowcases.  So, my passion for creating functional, high-quality kids’ bedding lead me to envision a new and improved way to enclose pillows.

Our pillow is out of sight:)

Our pillowcase design has two layers.  The inside layer is a fully enclosed pillow pocket, securely holding the pillow in place.  The outside layer covers this pocket with smooth, snuggly fabric on both sides.  With this style, your pillow is  100% retained and covered.  Plus, both sides have a soft, snuggly finish to rest our sleepy heads:)

Can a pillowcase disrupt our child’s sleep?

Yep, no doubt about it; having a reliable, dual-sided smooth covering creates better sleep for our kiddos.  Unless your mission is to create premium quality bed linens, you probably haven’t given pillowcases much thought.  That’s ok; we did:)  So you can see the difference,  take a look at common pillowcase styles and how they unknowingly disrupt a good night’s rest.

The standard pillowcase is just a sack in disguise.

Let’s get real.  Dropping our pillow into a standard 20″x30″ fabric sack with one end closed and the other wide-open will never keep our pillow consistently covered.  No matter how easy it is to drop the head cushion in, it comes out just as quickly.  And, just because we use it every day doesn’t mean it works well.  We’re merely settling for what’s available to us.

The Center Split  Sham

We find this recognizable covering with a duvet or comforter set.  At first glance, this tailored pressed case looks neat and inviting, but when we look closer, there’s only one smooth side for sleeping.  The other side has a center split opening to insert the pillow.  So, if you don’t like sleeping on center seams, it looks like you have a one-sided pillowcase.  Take it or leave it.

The Zipper closure

I’m not a big fan of zippers.  They’re stiff, cold, and fabric’s love to get caught between the metal tracks; so frustrating.  Let’s keep zippers’ where they work best; on our favorite pair of jeans.

The Envelope Sham

The envelope sham is another recognizable favorite accompanying many duvets and comforter sets. You’ve seen it, and more than likely have one in your linen closet. This neatly tailored design is similar to a manila envelope, only made with fabric. If it sounds familiar, it’s the case where the pillow is covered and capped at the end.  This style works great until the material begins stretching from everyday use.  Once the fabric loses its shape, the head cushion starts sliding around, bulging out at the end, leaving only one useable side.

The Button Case

There is no doubt about it; our high-quality kids’ bedding uses buttons, but not directly in the sleep space.   Buttons near the head lead to potential sleep disruption. So, why chance a wake-up call with a case that may create sleep deprivation for the whole family?

At Tucked+Covered, our mission is better sleep for the whole family.

Every aspect of our high-quality kid’s bedding gives reliable, soothing coverage to children.  Sound rest is paramount for your family’s health.  So if getting your child to sleep through the night is challenging, give us a try.  Goodness knows we’ve got you covered:)

Sleep Happy:)
