Tucked+Covered’s high quality kids bedding does more than keep your kiddos comfy covered all night.  Our neatly-tailored stretch and move button design soothe overheating, refreshing.  We think so.  So, instead of disrupting your tot’s sleep with their natural impulses to kick all of the tucked coverings off when they feel hot,  the space between the buttons acts as a ventilation system.  Yep. As your child’s body moves naturally, our sheets produce a light and natural airflow to keep your peeps sound asleep.

Hurray! Finally,  the primary sleep disruption kicked off sheets is no longer an issue.  That’s right!  Bring on the wildest wiggler, and we still keep them covered with benefits; a light and soothing airflow.  But wait, there’s more.  Besides adding our relaxing high-quality kid’s bedding to your child’s bed, our friends at Huffington Post have additional sleep soothing strategies to beat the heat.  Here they are:

Cool Bed

First and foremost, situate your child’s bed away from direct sunlight.  If their bed basks in the sun all day, it naturally absorbs heat.  Then, during the night, the unsuspecting stored warmth often contributes to overheating.  Plus, tucking their sheets and blankets under the mattress creates stuffiness.  That’s why so many parents are turning to Tucked+Covered’s high-quality kids’ bedding for sleep help.  Yep.  Our thoughtful design prevents overheating:)

Indoor Shade

Just like our beds, if curtains and blinds are wide open all day, natural heat penetrates inside.  So, to stay cool at night, keep blinds and curtains closed during the day, especially during peak sunlight hours.

Natural Ventilation

While the curtains are closed, we can still keep the air flowing with the windows open.  For additional circulation, keep a ceiling fan spinning.  If you don’t have a ceiling fan, invest in a small portable fan and place it in a safe space, away from our curious little explorers.  But remember, if you choose to keep the portable fan running at night, avoid aiming it directly at their face.  The direct air can often lead to irritated, sore throats in the morning:)

Calming Bath

Before bed, on those extra hot days, add a cooling bath to your routine.  You can even add some kid-friendly Epsom salts to assist in the wind-down.  The more relaxed their bodies and minds are before bed, the better they sleep.

Breathable Cotton

From pajamas to bedding, 100% breathable cotton fabric is a must!  If your child runs hot at night, keep p.j’s light and airy.  As we sleep, our body temperature fluctuates from hot to cool throughout the night.  That’s why kids naturally kick off their sheets, then get cold and awake, often waking you too.  No doubt about it, our high-quality kids’ bedding is superior in design.  We’re the only sheets on the market producing a natural ventilation system, balancing body temperatures as your little ones move in their sleep.

At Tucked+ Covered, our mission is better sleep for the whole family.

We understand healthy sleep is a must to promote healthy families.  Spending countless hours perfecting our sheet design to give you sheets that work is our passion.  What are sheets that work exactly?  I mean, aren’t all sheets the same? Not anymore  Well,  if your sheets untuck while you move in your sleep and there’s a messy bed staring at you every morning, the design is not working, period.  Our sheets do their job.  We keep children comfortably covered night after night, with a natural airflow to prevent overheating.  Now that’s what I call progress:)

Go ahead, Sleep Happy:)
