The Magic of Buttons
We use our fastening friends, buttons every day without even giving it a second thought. And they work great! They keep our bodies comfy and covered! So great, our wardrobe is full of them. But did you know 5000 years ago, these little gems, made out of bone, shell, wood, and bronze, were adorned only as jewelry. It wasn’t until the 13th century when our clever and curious ancestors created the buttonhole, we indeed found a functional purpose for buttons. And this concept caught on like wildfire! So, when we break it down and look at it from a practical standpoint, kids’ bedding with buttons makes sense. Why? Well, we use controls to keep us covered:)
